Hannah has a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is a psychotherapist with training and experience in many different areas. She has worked with a diverse population experiencing various issues, ranging from acute current stressors to complex trauma. Hannah uses a variety of therapy modalities including mindfulness-based interventions, Internal Family Systems Therapy, EMDR, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She incorporates these therapeutic approaches into her work with psychedelic therapy at Better U for a holistic approach to healing and growing.
