Anxiety is one of the most common mental issues in America, with over 30% of individuals struggling with it at some point in their lives.There are different types of anxiety that may need a variety of treatments depending on the severity. While some cases are minor and treatable, others that require a greater amount of attention.
There are a few symptoms of anxiety that are universal among the different anxiety disorders:

This is associated with a feeling of not being able to sit or stay still. This is also associated with a feeling of lack of control.
Fatigue occurs when you feel persistent feelings of exhaustion throughout the day, despite getting an appropriate amount of sleep. Simple tasks can start to feel challenging.
You may have a difficult time concentrating on things for long periods of time, potentially affecting your work ethic.
Depending on the day, you may have less patience for people. You may have no idea why you are acting this way and you may have a hard time controlling it.
Anxiety begins to develop in childhood and/or adolescence. There are many factors as to why people develop anxiety. It can be from natural disasters, financial reasons, or even gender. Traumatic events also correlate to anxiety levels.
There are many treatments that people are able to utilize to treat anxiety. Some of the most common ones include taking SSRIs (Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors), which is a type of medication, and counseling, both of which are effective anxiety treatments.
No matter what kind or severity level of anxiety you have, there’s a treatment for you. If you’ve tried traditional treatments and didn’t find them helpful, there may be other options. were not helpful for you, there are other treatments that may be helpful for you such as ketamine.
