Lauren Vilar, LCSW, LCAS, is a compassionate mental health therapist and dedicated business owner based in Wilmington, NC. Since 2017, Lauren has been the founder and owner of LMV Counseling, a thriving group practice known for its prompt, kind, and evidence based mental health services. In 2022, she expanded her work to include Go Inward, a center specializing in innovative psychedelic-assisted therapy, including ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP).
